Texas Weather... I Have Had Enough.....

I have lived in Texas all my life...I should be used to this by now... For the past month I have been switching from shorts to jackets...cool then warm...

It was nice enough for shorts this weekend...but this evening when I left to go to town....The blazer had a layer of ice on the windshield.... needless to say I am not in shorts at this point... more like my gloves and coat (with the hood)....

I am so tired of the unpredictability of Texas weather.. I don't mind the cold weather...I sorta like warm weather better... but I don't like the back and forth from cold to warm for half the year....

I am in a foul mood I think...
I'm going to find my happy pills so I can end this with a prance and twirl....

Happy pills? Got enough for everyone?
It was -5 here last night and 7 above now. I hate it when it gets cold then warm like this then cold again.....

It's the same up here in DE Reis. Can anybody say global warming, LOL. Oops, forgot, it doesn't exist. But hey, we keep the old homestead warm (Carol doesn't do cold, LMA, and while we don't have happy pills, do have excellent herbal remedies , and a little whirlpool just made for three. We'll share our happies if you share yours, LMAO. I'll take a couple of greenies myself. Stay warm, Darlin'. BTW, as always, LOVE the new pics.

Hi Joe!.... HERbAL remedies huh.??... Yes I have been known to partake of natural herbs... *winks*.... I'm with Carol.... Sucks to be cold!! Although..I've always said at least when you are cold you can keep on covering yourself up until you get warm...unlike taking uncovering yourself when you are hot...you can only take off so much ya know?!.. thanks for your compliments, joe...I'm always open to those... seems that around here is the only place I get them....

You should be living in England in the cold and fog right now - I don't think you know what unpredictability really is!

Well I'm in the desert in Kuwait so I can't complain about the cold. But no beer and no sex is much worse than the cold. Mainly because there are a lot of fun ways to stay warm.

Tell me about it, home girl. My apartment is upstairs and has concrete steps like so many have in our part of the country. It was slicker than greased owl shit!

Ah hell Reis, I guess some people just don't get it. Doesn't matter, we will compliment you anytime you like, LOL. The herbal thing is part of our religion, LOL. Yeah, tell that to the cops! I remember Texas mornings and nights, LOL, (Fort Sam, 196, so don't envy you at all for those. Problem is, Carol doesn't do heat well either (she does hot real well, LO. So we just stay in the AC. All of our shopping is done, except Carol's gonna get me a new pair of boots. I'm partial to black snakeskin, but we'll see what's new. Yes, I wear nothing but cowboy boots, LOL, been that way since 1979. Keep smilin' Darlin'. Joe

All that consternation over a little moody weather. Tch Tch! The earth just needs a fukin nuclear hormone patch over it's asshole in say, let's see, Iraq! Yeah, that's the ticket. Get a little fiery suction goin over there so we can tan over here, or anywhere for that matter. Ya' know, I know people that have mood swing freakitis. I'm pretty much just cool and truckin like old Mr Natural. I'm a native, so cold is not really my thing, but neither is buttermilk. I just wished I could remember my shrink's phone number. All the worlds' a sage and I don't understand the language. If any of this makes sense to you, then you too should be planning to meditate or mediate, whichever fits your personal situation. Hope the marriage deal is treating you like you want. Will, yours that is.

Reminds me, I ran into a store to buy a plastic poncho because it was pouring...
but the time I got it on, the sun came back out, and I was left there standing, steaming in my poncho... LOL!
