Want to know what Passion/AFF thinks of its members?

Now isn't THAT ironic?!! I tried posting the text below on the Magazine, and all that happened was the window refreshed with an extra box on the top that said "Please fill out the following information." WHAT information??? I tried resubmitting it 3 times and it still wouldn't take it! I think this proves my point below perfectly!!

(It says I should post it in the form of a question! )

Here's a partial string of the e-mails I've exchanged with "AdultFriendFinder Silver Support". "Support" is giving themselves way too much credit, because they do NOT support their memebers in regards to bug fixes. So it starts with the e-mail I'm sending them tonight, then previous ones are attached:

This is totally ridiculous:
1. I've listed SEVERAL bugs below -- not just one.
2. You STILL haven't responded to my request for an account extension -- for some compensation from you for all these defects we have to deal with on your site.

Do you want a new bug? Yet ANOTHER one? The couple times I have tried the "New IM", the location of members when ranked in miles from me sounds as if I live somewhere in CA! But I actually live in the Midwest.

Here's your chance -- otherwise I'll never send another cent to you again.

Dear Member,

We apologize for the delay, however this bug is still a fix in progress. We have our programmers working diligently on the issue. We would like to extend our sincerest appreciation for your continued patience in this matter. For future reference please refer to Bug#31333

Thank you,

So we have a 2 day discrepancy. That's still an issue which I could argue... but quite minor compared to:

You totally ignored the most significant thing in my e-mail! The big list of issues which I have been reporting to you which I have not seen any attention to.

So what about extending my account as you promised?

Dear Jeff,

Your premium membership account expires on 12/03/2005. The email you recieve is a reminder to you that the membedrship will expire soon. We sent out emails 2days before the actual expiration so customers can upgrade.

Thank you,

Dear sirs,

Do you have any update on the list of SEVERAL bugs captured in the e-mail string attached below?

Also, I would like to know why I recently got an e-mail that says: "Your renew date of 12/1/2005 is quickly approaching." I had subscribed on September 6th, and for most of the time, the main site page has shown an expiration date of December 5th, as expected. So why are you saying it will expire on 12/1/2005? And why does the site itself now show an expiration date of December 3rd? I guess you can submit this as a new issue about yet ANOTHER bug.

Also, in one of the e-mails below, you said:
"Please contact us again when these issues have been resolved on your end and we will be more than happy to offer a proper amount of free extension to your membership."
So does this mean that you will be extending my membership indefinitely until these issues are resolved? Because none of them have been fixed that I know of.

So as you promised, please extend my membership until you get all these issues fixed.

Thank you,
Jeff (racin17)

I got the same promise, saw the same "glitch" in expiration date...did I get anything extended...no.... I didn't complain or rant/rave, because past experience has taught me it does no good. Save your breath and energy...it just doesn't matter to them.
