Week 1 numbers

Week 1 numbers

Well the numbers are in for the end of week one:

Last week:

Height 6’ 2”
Weight: 275
Waist: 40”

Length: 4.5” ‒ 5” depending on how turned on I was so I will go with 4.5 as my baseline
Girth: 6” even

This week:

Height 6’ 2”
Weight: 264
Waist: 43”

Length: 5” and then some
Girth: 6” even

What I found out:

Well for starters I am fully aware that some of these changes are unsustainable so I will not be shocked if the following week is not as impressive.

Height: I am going to remove this as I highly doubt that it will change much however I will let you know if I hit a growth spurt at the age of 29.

Weight: Lost 11 lb fantastic but there is no want that I will continue to make weekly gains like that
Waist: This was a bit of a shocker while my pants that fit are 40’ that actual measurement is 43’ who knew?

Length: 5+ this was a surprise I am sure that it has something to better blood flow and what have you but hell I’ll take it
Girth: 6 so long as it is not decreasing I am happy
