My latest mini-rant...

Dear AdultFriendFinder - I would like to be able to block certain members from appearing on my searches....

I am tired of seeing the same profiles over and over again and having to weed through them to look for new members to check out (so I can again be dissapointed because they don't 'match' what I am looking for - or, more likely, I don't match what THEY are looking for!! ).

I know that I just need ot keep looking, but I am frankly getting to the point where I might have to just try the 'shotgun' message approach - when I send out a lot of messages in one sitting and see if I get any replies. I need to note that the few times that I have done that I have read EVERY profile in detail and made a point to comment on each one so the person on the other end knows I am not just throwing things against the wall to see if they stick (although I guess it is pretty close to that!!).

Happy Turkey Day for my fellow bloggers in the USA and have a great Thursday to everyone else

I asked for that one ages ago. Never heard back from them. You know what would help even more? How about filtering the handles that haven't visited the site in, ohhh, over a year. Or not showing members that have their profile deleted or turned off. It's just stupid to ever get a "Member not found" error message. It's just poor site design or programming to apparently have two databases that get out of sync with each other.

Mark - when I was a 'gold' member there was an option to filter based on their "Last Visit Date" but there is the catch with that one - gotta be GOLD. Heck even the "GOLD" members still have no way to mark certain profiles so that they are not seen anymore on searches or "Who's online now" things.
