This Idoit !

My friends and me were pulled over last night by an off duty EMT from FDNY saying that he was an off duty uniformed official. The situation started with me calling yelling “asshole” which made him chase us down and try ramming into us. He then got in front of us and tried to slam on his brake too make us crash into him. We didn’t hit him but he got out of the car walked over to us and told us that we tried to hit a uniformed official. He had his little uniform on which well all thought was a policeman uniform from the way he said it to the fact that he asked for my friend’s license and registration. When my friend gave it to him, I looked at his shirt a little my detailed and it said (EMT FDNY), I never knew it was legal for an EMT from the FDNY to pull over some. After I found out that this was the case I started yelling for him to give it back but he said that now we are going to the police station, and proceeded to his car. We had to follow him because he had my friend’s identification. We get there and the asshole is proved wrong and as we walked out we wanted his name and information. He told us his name was john smith from fuck you lane.

I have his licence plate what can we do any ideas?

Take it to the "real" police station. They can find out who he is. Chances are this has happened before, and if thats the case, the complaints will rack up and action will be brought against the "idiot". An isolated incident wouldn't mean anything.. just your word against his. Report it, and encourage others to do the same. One person may lie, but not 15 or 20, it would be harder for officials to take the word of a city employee, ya know what I mean. Definitely report this idiot!!

Report him to the police again. You may have someone impersonating an official... and that's worth some jail time. Good luck.

Every day as I drive on my street I wave at the families I see. There are two families that never wave back. And so for five years I've waved at them and when I see them again, I'll wave again.

Don't let your actions be determined by somebody else's poor attitude. If you play this guy's game, he wins. He's still mad at you too. You get over it, let him be eaten up with it.

I've worked with fire fighters and EMT's before. Aside from reporting him to the police you can also report him to one of the battalion captains. Most chiefs that I know won't put up with crap like that from their guys.

Have tongue, will use it. Repeatedly.
