A question to the ladies

What do you look for on this site when you are trying to find a fella ??

And does the above answer apply to fella's that you might meet in everyday life ??

When you do a search, how important is the message on a guy's profile ??

Does the 'wink' option on this site bug you ??

1. I look to see he is not married, a photo. Regarding the profile I really pay attention to the intro. The tone tells me something about him, his interests etc.

2. In everyday life it is a little different. The issue of a married man of course but then there is also mannerisms, aura.

3. Please see #1

4. I dont bother with the wink option.

I look for man that stands out amoungst men...

for his humor, charm, intelligence, passion, thoughtfulness or good ole sex appeal...

yes same in real-but look at his eyes first...

The wink can be fun when not over used...

Number 1 thing -must be some substance to his profile...A one liner only, says he is either lazy, drunk, illiterate or all of the above.

Number 2 - doesnt have to have a pic. but it helps! Prefer it not to be a dick shot!

Number 3- check not attached and where he is and other credentials etc.

Number 4 - a message is always better than a wink, unless it is a "hi babe my phone number is XXXX- call me" message or one that you know has been cut and pasted a hundred times as it doesnt apply to you. eg.I get heaps of messages that say "loved your pics" or some version of that...I dont have a pic on my profile...BLOCK and DELETE!!

Number 5 - I check spelling - yeh,I know!!

The message i put on my profile was out of practicality so it isn't interesting or provacative. People reading it then know i have a blog and can theoretically do a search, then make contact.
Referring, to Silhouette, she is right in her answer to #3. I really wanted to avoid that type of message!
As for a photo Frangi is right, i don't really think displaying
"Richard and the twins" to a worldwide audience is a good idea!
