I don't think so!

The fans are out of control compared to the rest of Europe.

they should TOTALLY be allowed into the world cup!

The brits rule -- they're just a little *passionate* about their football. It's all harmless fun (until some poor innocent passerby get's his teeth kicked in, that is).

Yes, I have seen some of those events on American TV. Very sad.
Welcome to blogging, oldgas. *smiling*

Sir, I thank you!
This may be my first blog(I've never heard of such a thing until now) but looks like it won't be my last!
But you see exactly what I mean, when my first reply (comes from an English football fan)contains the exact reason I wan't them banned in the first place!!!

Can I also just say (on a completely different note) that if one small, good thing to come from the terrible tragidy that was 9/11) is that American news now contains decent coverage of WORLD events now rather than containing them to American news)

Sir I thank you again for your comments.
Cheeeers Gas.
(p.s. Not that old, but the nickname is Gas)

Why, you're very welcome, Gas. *smiling*
Well, we've got a lot of... um, dedicated sports fans in the U.S., too. I think a lot of that kinda attitude is sort of a Guy thing. *wink* And yes, in reference to 9/11... I guess even the worst of tragedies can have some silver linings, and that definitely would be one of them.
It is easy to see that you have both the personality and writing skills to make your blog a real success. I trust that over time you will share your thoughts with us on many things.
*two pints of Bass arrive at table, clinking glasses* ...Cheers! *wink*
