Head on the beach in Ireland in October?

Sounds manic. But I guess could happen to me soon.

Now I grew up far far away from any sea. The first time I saw the sea was in Dublin. You can imagine what I think of the sea.

But then my g/f wants to give me a head on a beach. She is a bit nuts about the sea and waves and the whole thing.

I think I'll go ahead with it, but will surely take her to a lough in Eire somewhere, and lick her sitting next to a tree close to the shore of the lake.

The only problem is the cold.

How do you manage to fight the cold in Ireland when doing it outdoors. I am sure the heat generated helps, but any suggestions/advice from a you experienced people !

The cold is a bi of a passion killer. Find a spot that's not too exposed, maybe in the dunes. You will soon put the cold to the back of your mind once you get going.
