Who is your hero?
When you was little and growing up who did you want to be like and look like? You just thought they was just so perfect and everything a person could want to grow into.Well I had two.
Mae West..I thought there was no other woman who could move no better ,speak no better, look no better.I thought she had the men wrapped around her finger ..and when I was a little girl and watched her movies [because they were my mothers favorite movies ]..she always would speak highly of her and tell me how important it was to seduce and flirt and tempt your man from an early age .So I was always raised to please a man you can tell .
I also loved Dolly in my younger years..always thought she was how I wanted to look too .
Now in my older years ..I have many so many who have done so much ..I admire beautiful ,strong women.
But for every man who enjoys me in his bed ..he can thank Mae West..for she introduced my mother and I to being and enjoying being seductresses.
Now ..Who is your hero ...Do you act like them in any way ???????????????

When someone comes along, gonna give ya some love and affection,I say..Get it while ya can.

My heroes were my older brothers. I know that there is a little bit of Superman in each of them. If only I could combine that small part of incredibility within me... ...not Superman, but I love the contributions that they made in shaping my life. I am better from the lessons among other things, that I learned from them. I also liked Bugs Bunny, he walked right up and kissed his enemies, but that is a whole new topic...

I preferred "A good man is hard to find, but a hard man is good to find". Mae West, indeed, a woman way ahead of her time. Beautiful, smart and funny, all of which leads to one of the sexiest people of all time.
My personal hero was Archbishop Tutu. (Am I on the right site?) I've always appreciated someone prepared to stand up to the machine regardless of the personal cost. Now it would have to be Aung San Suu Kyi, small in stature but massive in every other respect.

I just had to come over and see who was checking out my tush. Thanks!!
Mae West was way before her time and not a day too late for this repressed society, imo. As for my hero, hmm, Abe Lincoln? I always admired him. Didn't turn out much like him, though. Saw a lot to admire about Paul Newman when I was in my late 20's. I just concentrate on being me these days...takes all of my energy and time ;P EroticallyRapt

For a minute I thought I was up myself and had no heroes but then I remebered Douglas Bader (sic), Reach for the Sky. From a childhood long ago his tale has always inspired me.

My hero when I was younger, well it had to be one of my sisters friends. She was the one that first gave me a show and tell with ll the benefits. I admire her for opening me up to the world of sex without the awkwardness & without the games usually associated with it all.

Being the total emotional sap I can be at times I would have to say my hero was and always have been My MOM, and I like her, I truly hope so.

Hunny, I love Mae West too, along with Marlena Dietich..Both super strong, sexy true woman that knew the power of the feminine and made their own worlds.

Great blog!!!!
