hearing the words " he is a nice guy"

Well what can I say, I here that all the time. It's a positive reinforcement to my commitment of being a better person all around.

Now, I have seen other men take this as a sign of weakness. On the contrary, I find it that it places me at a higher level than other.

Being a Nice Guy gives me certain advantages:
a) I always can get a date, every girl in my office loves to hook me up with one of their friends ( single nice guys take note, tell your office workers that you are single )

b) Since I still know and say thank you to people, I get a lot of opportunity to make new friends everywhere. Not everything needs to lead to sex, but a good solid foundation of showing that you are mature enough to compliment someone for their abilities or look without the sexual tie-in makes it easier.

c) being a nice guy has the wonderful quality of surprising them in bed. Hell I'm always in the mood, willing and ready. And if you are any good, they will brag about you.

d) Nice guys don't kiss and tell, We know the value we place on great sex. So if we are sleeping with someone that we work with, we know to keep our mouth shut and behave normal ( does not mean that we wont fuck our partner in the copy-room at 10am, it just means that afterwords we would act like nothing happened).

I am a nice guy and damn proud of it.
