Why,... is Michael Jackson worthy of Prime-Time news Coverage?

The picture has nothing to do with this rant,.. I just like it & it makes me feel a bit more mellow

The title pretty much says it all. With a war going on, the economy iffy, Secretary Greenspan warning about the potential for a housing market crash, the Downing Street memo,.... Why does a wierd, excentric (I know,. redundant), washed-up entertainer that was aquitted of a crime rate #1 status on all the news network - INCLUDING PBS???

Sheessshhhh *looks disgusted with the media*

*gets off his ranter's soapbox*

It's because the story doesn't take any effort to report, and everyone likes to see the the other guy fall, the harder the better. If nobody watched tv, or bought a newspaper for a week, things might change.

Madness takes its toll. Exact change please!

Too bad our justice system can be bought so easily....seemed they did spend too much time on the "Female version of the Planet of the Apes character"....Yes admit it, he does look exactly like her...well lets hope the media can move on, but then they will be bored with the Real issues at hand....
