Just had a massage, only ½ hour but did good. I was so tens that I almost shouted loud when he touch my lover back. No afterwards I notice how many feelings I had buried in those sore muscles ‒ feels like I am crying, and still I am not. But I could easily let the tears come.

I believe that your body does show how you feel and take a lot of your souls pain away and stores it. My masseur, who has studied a lot about the human body, told me once that there are for ex typical divorce-backs! There are certain muscles that get sore and irritated when one go through a divorce. He described to me different kind of problems that a person can have, and what kind of affect the have on the body. Its kind of a body language, but in a different way.

Now ‒ lunchtime!
Going to meet some friends that I haven’t seen in almost a year, cause they live abroad. Fun!

Your masseur was correct sorta, and it is not unusual to have someone cry for no good reason that they can think of when messaged. Stress, either pyhsical or emotional, can .....bind the body and that physical release that the message( or exercise) provides can trigger a release of the emotional. I also believe the body can "store" the pain. Jes
