Change one thing, change everything

No, I won愒 trade my life - thanks for the offer though!

But I could give you a few hints... Make a decision and stick to it! This is for ex the body you have, the one you have been given. You wont get another one, so accept it and enjoy it. Or don愒.. It愀 is actually all up to you!

Learn to see the small things, the beauty in them. There is beauty all around us, colors, structure, design, combinations of things. Slow down and watch!

Best trick I have learned how to be able to cool down when you are stressed, is to taste something! Sounds silly, but take a raisin, or an piece of apple or an ice cube, anything! Try to keep it in your mouth for so long as you can, and describe the taste to you self. Explore the taste! Takes only a minute or two, but it sure as hell takes you down to earth again!

Everything that has happened to you, is what has made you YOU! Good and bad things!! And there is no one else like you, no one. I loved the movie "The butterfly effect" [] For me it helped to put things in the right perspective. If a would to leave out anything in my life, I wouldn愒 be me any longer.. Good and bad...

Look at you life as trough a camera liens, actually we are all quite like Mr Bean every now and again When you break something, or something goes wrong - would it be possible to make a comedy of it?

Well, some of my thoughts this Monday morning - shared with who ever wants to read them. I am off on a business-trip for a couple of days to south of Finland. But my mail does work though 24/7 - for those of you that has got my address!

Enjoy this week, it is one of its kind!

You are so right! It is just that the pessimistic and depressed part of me sometimes takes me with, usually when I'm tired, I should sleep more.

I sure will try the tasting thing and see if it helps.
