i think you will get more out of your life if you go to the gym and sweat it off. i had a friend that did it and she said it was very painful. plus it still takes a year or more for the weight to come off. after the surgery. plus the exersise kils the stress, puts you at peace of mind and in the mood for that lovin.

BBW's I'm a 51yr old white male and I've had the weight loss surgery done now for 4yrs and I'm glad I did it. I was 549 and now I'm about 360, I've gone from 8x tees to 3x, size 66 to 56 waist, and I FEEL GREAT. go for it girl. The only real good advice I would pass on to you is check your DR out real good first. I had mine done at the VA. Had a freind get one done and she had bad problems because the DR didnt moniter her close. I admit I've been sick but it was because of greasy food. Follow your DR's orders too, my freinds DR only told her she could eat anything and if it made her sick dont eat it again,my DR had me to slowly go from a liquid diet to a solid diet. I can truthfully say if I had it to do all over again I WOULD.

firefreak and mzhuny.....congrats on the decision - but I am preparing - for the biggest change in my life - with alot of support behind me...family....friends...I want this - not just for the looks of being of somewhat average weight...but for my health...for me...for my kids...watch me go....pound after pound...
what I miss - is the companionship...someone special to share this with...ahhhh well....time tells all..
best of luck to you both!!
