Some films I've seen lately

Winter is a good time to stay home and watch films.
Don't read if you don't want to know about the films before you watch'em!
Hollywood films are so predictable so let me start with non hollywood ones:

In the mood for love: finally got to see this one. I had a poster of it on the wall at my dorm back in Uni but it was until now, after 2046 that I saw this beautiful film. (2046 is actually a serial to in the mood for love) Don't be disappointed there are no sex scenes not even kissing. Qipaos are so gorgeous I need to get one lol
I didn't like the English translation though..the original meaning in Chinese means the beautiful times not "in the mood for love".

Before Sunset: I have to say I liked before sunrise better. It's beautiful and a bit sad but that's life. I love the part when Jesse lied about not being in Vienna.

Transamerica: It's fun seeing Lynette as a transexual and oh my god she did look like a man!!
And that kid's going to be a hottie when he grows up.

the stepford wives: Robert Bart (George from desperate housewives) is SO GAY. is he gay in real life? cause I thought he looked gay.

the family stone: sucks. I expected more from SJP.

and my favourite film of last year is Hana& Alice, a Japanese film. Not sure if there were any kissing but damn sure no sex scenes lol

I haven't seen 2046 but Fallen Angels is another great Wong Kar-Wei film. 2 stories in 1, one of which is a hard-ish drama, the other is more comic.

I haven't seen any of the films you list. I certainly won't be watching the horror stuff - gives me the willies!

Anyone seen Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter...? I never got round to it but am interested if it's worth it.
