Intense awareness can be blissful, painful

Intensely aware consciousness can be blissful, painful and much more.

Tantric partnering is terrific. In the mid 1990s, "she" and I got started and had several wonderful experiences.

She would not return to there. She is a wanderer. She has fears she does not heal, does not understand. Such fears can be healed. I have seen people who have done so.

We did some d/s and some s/m also. The ability to use ones will to control focus can be a critical variable in some of these practices. With tantric partnering, it can still work when one person is a wanderer and the other is able to use will, even is the will is to Submit in a way that fits the flow of the wanderer.

Even one direction and the other another day to provide a full body massage, non sexual is way cool, and starts in the direction of tantric partnering.

Most of the same benefits also occur with rebirthing, see Leonard Orr. Rebirthing has one coaching and the other receiving. Hold the hand; put your hand on the one breathing's heart is the only sort of touch.

Kundalini yoga, primarily its breathing intrigues me and is similar. It is overlapping.

Thank you for comments, question, Anacortes.

Kundalini is Yoga. It is one of the 5 main paths in yoga.

Pantanjali in his aphorisms teaches some of what they use, for breathing and for active movement of awareness within the body.

Like all 5 Paths of Yoga, Kundalini fully uses what most consider yoga, postures and related, asanas. Hatha yoga is the formal name.

I have visited with and done some yoga and kundalini breathing with teachers of that path. It is great stuff. My experience of 4 or 5 such yoga teachers has been very positive. They have not been recruiters or preachers.
