Beastie boys at my wedding, yo!!!

See, there is the flaw in most logic, that there is only one person out there for us, that we have only one soulmate.

So not true.

I have several soulmates, and they all fill me up in one way or another.

A soulmate crosses the lines of sexuality and gender and family.

I constantly meet people who I know I know from somewhere.

I want, need, crave great big loud love, but by no means to I think it will only happen once.
Or twice, in my life.

I often think of the reading that is given at most weddingst's the letter from Paul to the Corinthians about how "Love is patient, love is kind...blah blah blah.." "Love is not proud, Love is not boastful..."

And my favorite,"Love is not a clanging bell...." Bullshit.

I want a big clanging love that warns other to get out of our way!
I want big laughs, and vocal arguments that melt into screaming fits of giggles.

I want to argue and be right, of course. And I'd want him to know that I am proud of him, and want everyone to know it, and that he tells me how jealous his friends are that he has a chick like me.

I don't need the whole"..I stare deep in her eyes, and know her soul is mine....."--non sense! What a bunch of 10th grade baloney!

My guy (or men)(or girl) will joke and call me fatass, and they will run to CVS to get me Tampax. And he can go play cards 3 nights a week, and have his own life.

Being together doesn't mean occuping the same fucking spot of sunshine.
It means stepping into that sunshine together, yelling Beastie Boys lyrics until we're horse, and then,
taking a nap in the middle of the day.

That's it! That's what I want.........
