What a day started off like usual at 5 A.M. Got up and went to feed the critters Rabbits where fine cold weather and all stupid goats on the other hand wern't. One of them had head stuck in the cattle panel we have out there in one of our sections for them. You see we have a natural gas line that runs through where they are and there was a crew out there marking it if. They told me they were going to replace the hole line from the main road where the storage tank is all the way up to highway. So we needed to cordon off our goats some of you know they are some of the curiousest(word?) animals we sidn't want them falling in hole and possibly breaking a leg hence the need for the the separate area for them well we did that over that next weekend and that was three weeks ago there area was big enough but like I said they are very curious creatures. So when we got out there this morning poor thing was just laying there it was dark and we feared the worse. Luckily he was okay but very cold. Looked like he had been like that most of the night. With a little bit of a strugle we got his head bent just right so his horns would fit through the squares. He got up sniffed us as a thank you then went off with his buddies. The Steroid injection went allright I was a liitle worried I've never been put under anesthesia and my blood pressure was showing 149 over 99. Well they walked me into the operating room and they hooked me up to all the machines and while laying on stomach the anestheisiologist started to put a needle that was about the size of my thumb into IV it looked white like milk of magnesia. He shot half of it into IV waited a couple of seconds and asked me if I was sleepy. I said no. Dr. said I wasn't even slurring my words yet. So he gave me half of what was left. Asked me again if I was sleepy I said no. So he put rest in thats the last thing I remember LOL. I wke up twenty minutes later with blood pressure back down to a good 111 over 71 and 15 minute later I was released and wife drove me home. Now as I sit here typing this the lcal anesthetic they also gave me is wearing off and it is starting to hurt not to bad though yet. The pic is old but the goat is the white headed baby on left wich is now almost two and full grownmaxemus483

Hi, welcome to blog!|
Are you aware there is a new group created for bloggers and their readership to meet and frolic in the chat room? (A place for serious discussion as well)
A group where interesting blog posts will be “spot-lighted” along with the links of how to get there. A place where new kids on the block can actually get seen as well as the predominant “hierarchy”.
A place where ideas can flow--from suggested blog topics, to writing "critiques", to directions on how to better use the elements of color, photos, and font style/size to make your blog more eye appealing; as well as instructions on how to better use linking to other posts.
Being that this is an adult site, we will also have a group post running where writers and their followers can indicate where they're from so maybe you might actually be able to meet some folk "local" to you.
Flirtatious banter is encouraged--crude obscene assaults will not be tolerated and are subject to deletion.
So...Stop in and have a little fun over your cup o' joe!
Here is a link to the group Blog Cafe, look forward to meeting you there!
