Week 5

Okay. I really lofted off this week. I am going to re-double my efforts for week 6. Plus I'm out of hydroxycut!

I commend you on your dedication. It's sometimes difficult to tell a person's progress from a picture because lighting/shadows can play tricks on the eye. However, it does appear as though you were developing slight tone.

As a suggestion, some of my friends used to measure themselves from week to week to track their progress when they were in weight training.
