Altruism

I have always considered myself to be the giving kind. I enjoy making others happy and giving of myself. However, there must come a time to look inward and give to yourself.

I have been giving a lot lately. I truly believe that if you share in your fortune that you will be rewarded many times over. Maybe it is my small town naivety that makes me believe that.

Is it possible that there are those that are completely incapable of providing for themselves and if you give an inch they will take a mile? Are there really leaches of society that no matter how much is given to them it will never be enough?

I will always believe that most people are good and give each person I encounter in life the benefit of the doubt, but I am no fool and refuse to sacrifice myself for anyone anymore. I am too wise for that and I have too much to lose.

***HUGS SISTER****

I believe, unfortunately.. there are those that no matter how you try to compromise with by meeting them half way.. they'll always be a mile away.

Butt.. there are those out there to meet you in the middle.. and then there are those out there.. that will chase you no matter how far you run..

I prefer just to sit and relax.. and who comes along to share a glass of wine in the moments.. or chooses to stay in the moment.. WONDERFUL.. lol

see ya soon sister red..
