Bored with the extraordinary

My profession has some interesting perks. One of them is I actually get paid to cruise an average of three times each year. This has allowed me to go to some great places. I've cruised to Hawaii, Alaska, Northern and Southern Europe, transatlantic, Rio, Bermuda, Panama Canal and countless Caribbean islands.

Now I understand that many people would like to do this, but I am at the point where I am very blase about getting on another cruise ship, especially to the Caribbean. The last cruise I took, 11 days, I didn't bother getting off the ship at any of the ports of call. Been there, done that and really do have the t-shirt.

I wonder if anyone else here has a job or benefits which they take for granted that other people would think is fabulous?

You can spend a week taking calls in our call center and I will take your next cruise to Alaska. My great great grandfather was the man that bought Alaska from the Russian's for the US. I have always wanted to go there.
