My ex is a real pain...

I had a dream in which I was fighting with my ex. I was really angry with her in the dream. Woke up with a concentrated pain in my mid back. I've been having back problems ever since I broke up with her. It's been so bad that a rib head was poking up between my shoulder muscle and it's nearest lat. I've been seeing a physiotherapist and have been fixing it bit by bit. I knew a lot of my pain was caused by my anger but until this dream I never realized how connected the back pain was to it all.

My humble advice.
Find a gym that has a punching bag and let her.. er... it have it!
Drive to a construction site with a lot of noise, roll down the window and yell real loud.
You'd be amazed at how much better you feel.

Odds: I don't need to go to a construction site: I just yell at my ex

I like the punching bag idea--internalized anger can mess up body and mind without you even realizing. Well, obviously. If you can't release it--you need to find one. Hope your back feels better.

Edie: Thank you. My back is feeling really good lately; am letting go. It's all cool.

yes it is true, when it is too cold for this fat man to ride the bike in the morning, I usually beat the piss out of my heavy bag. If you get a canvas one, get gloves!

LOL my newest thing is I bought these twin 25 inch kiddie tee ball bats and have been using them in some half-assed karate fighting style. I've taken every ass kicking class that afforded me the opportunity, but this is starting to become special to me lol. Expect me to anounce the workout video release in up-coming months.

and you know what else? no matter how much or how hard I work out, when I get relationship down, it just makes me so weak and fragile. women suck... except for edie and odd (just kidding all you nazis looking to fight!!!!)

You can shine your shoes and wear a suit
You can comb your hair and look quite cute
You can hide your face behind a smile
One thing you can't hide
Is when you're crippled inside

Vick: I think riding my bike all winter helped keep me a little saner. I too am a sucker for love and I especially love a woman sucking

Okay it's official Art my dearest, you are coming to visit so your back problems can be relieved A massage and a few other things could easily melt away the stress, and you know, maybe another woman will distract you from the ex long enough to ease up on the pressure your body is feeling.

Sweets: I am going to give you a jolly rogering one day...

The massage can wait.

Ah... Ex & pain are synonomous... Wow, you know I seemed to just let my job/career take me over... I was always a gym nut, so that did nothing for me... Here is to 'POSITIVE THOUGHTS'...

Nuttz: yes, positive seems to work best - that and laughing off the shit
