Mowing the Lawn

I had a playdate last night with a woman I've known for years, she is here on AdultFriendFinder, but we met outside of these scarlet confines. She recently became "disengaged," so we decided we should get together again.

I'm not going to get into the wet details of our romp, I'm not entirely comfortable writing about the intimate moments I share with another, unless it's in the abstract. However... she shaved me!

This isn't the first time I've been clean shaven, and I keep my business trimmed even when I'm not seeing anyone. Women do it all the time; in my experience, it's rare to find a woman with any pubic hair at all, but it's the first time in a while I've been without so much as a mink stole down there. It has me thinking about preferences and practices.

Now forgive me if this subject has been discussed to death; I suspect it might, since it's a popular subject in rags like FHM, Stuff, Glamour, and Cosmo, but I haven't seen too much in what I've read in these hallowed pages of AdultFriendFinder Blogland.

So, hirsute reader, please share with us your practices and preferences with regard to nether hairstyles. Do woman really prefer men who are bald... down there?

I don't really have a preference. It somehow seems abnormal for a man to shave. But I wouldn't necessarily mind it. I prefer to lick shaved balls as opposed to hairy ones. Also I dislike men 'requiring' me to shave it all off, so I definitely wouldn't ask someone to do it.

I have preferred men that are unshaved, period. My first experience with a shaved man actually freaked me out a little bit. The entire area felt as soft and smooth as a baby's bottom and I firmly believe that nothing about a man should feel that soft!

That said, I have come around a little bit. I have gotten a little more use to shaved men, though I think I have an appreciation for the ones that shave their balls. Granted, most do this for the hair in the mouth thing, but from my experience, if you've got hair on your chest or legs (most do), I'm gonna get hair in my mouth anyway.

Finally, I don't shave completely, I just shave to leave a patch and then trim the rest up. If I'm asked to shave more, I doubt that I'll do it and would never ask anyone to shave for me. It's all personal choice, in my opinion.

Sorry this was so long, I think I just feel chatty this morning!

I know from the magazine section that my opinion isn't exactly the most popular around here. But I think shaven on anyone looks prepubescent. If I wanted a prepubescent boy, I would hang out on the playground with a bag of candy and baseball cards. But I don't. I find this entire shaving thing completely unnatural.

But especially on men, it can look ridiculous. Especially if a guy is so hairy, he could be hunted for his pelt. Then you have the naked patch where his pubic hair should be. It reminds me that in the days before anti-biotics, hookers with syphilis would wear merkins, as the disease caused their pubic hair to fall out.

The entire shaving thing screams of pedophilia to me, though. I've been saying it for years. I do feel vindicated though, as from browsing blogs, someone posted a link for a site that goes after child molesters. They pose as 13 year olds online, wait for the perverts to IM them and then turn the logs over to the cops. One of the big things the child molesters ask, it's been in every single IM log I've read there: Do you have pubic hair yet? To me, this just backs up what I've been saying for years.
