So I think I figured this shit out. It's an online diary, sort of. It can't be totally discrete, I mean other people are looking at it right? So it's a sounding board of inner thoughts, a way to share my experiences and ideas. Hm. But do I really want to flay my mind out for others to read? Is what I have to say that important? I like the different formats others have out on their blogs, the "thoughts for the day" thing, overplayed but sometimes worth reading. I'll just write then.
I'm a big fan of Hendrix, his voice wasn't always the best, but his music was from the heart. He sang from his soul, his fingers danced over the fret board of his guitar, delivering pure harmonic ecstacy. I'm listening to "If 6 was 9", one of my favorite Hendrix licks. "Purple Haze" and "Foxy Lady" are good songs don't get me wrong, but he had such better songs that only those who really listen to Hendrix can appreciate. "Killing Floor", great song.
