twisting the top of the mornin...

Well, early to bed
early to rise....
Well, at least part of me is on a rise.....
My brain is present but my body is amiss.

Damn 'cunny cat' has awoken me,
groaning me out of my slumber.
and none to gently...
she's seems to be in a grumpy mood,
all due to the lack of attention I pay her,
as I forget to feed her....
as often as possible...
She's a tad unruly in demands for her time..
I'm just 1 person,
-she's just got to wait her turn..

She's requested the services of "BOB",
and knowing her,
she will not be worth a hoot,
if she's not attended to....
---Ailing Cat, starved into stupor,---
-poor kitty,- poor kitty,-poor kitty.
Awakens her mean mommy master,
for a pole scratch....
Oh well, off to work.....Nothing that a good flush of endorphins won't take care of...
Be back later...

10:30am... follow-up

there's something about finding yourself awaken in the crouched cat position, groaning...
all alone.... Damn...
All better now,
thanks to the trusty "BOB'ster...
He knows how to get it done,
and silent,speedy deliveries
is a great asset to ole "BOB".

Shower time,,,
A lady friend is coming for brunch...
Homemade waffles w/toasted pecans, real butter....
See my 'Mr.Ed', LOL, and afternoon hike...
-Bout time I let myself get some fresh social activity,
with another person...
in person....
Ya'll have a great day...
Mine's lookin kinda neat and adventurious.

Sunday thoughts, always good.

If I speak in tongues
of men and of angels,
but have not love,
I am only a resounding gong
or a clanging cymbal.

If I have the gift of prophecy
and can fathom all mysteries
and all knowledge
and if I have a faith
that can move mountains,
but have not love,
I am nothing.
If I give up all I possess
and surrender my body
to the flames,
but have not love, I gain nothing.

Love is patient;
love is kind;
it does not envy;
it does not boast;
it is not proud.
It is not rude;
it is not self-seeking;
it is not easily angered;
it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil
but rejoices with the truth.

It always protects,
always trusts,
always hopes,
always perseveres.

Love never fails.
But where there are prophecies,
they will pass away;
where there are tongues,
they will be stilled;
where there is knowledge it will pass away.
For we know in part
and we prophesy in part,
but when perfection comes,
the imperfect disappears.
When I was a child,
I talked like a child,
I thought like a child,
I reasoned like a child.
When I became a man,
I put childish ways behind me.
Now we see but a poor reflection,
then we shall see face to face.
Now I know in part;
then I shall know fully,
even as I am fully known.

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love, but the greatest of these is love.
