So where do I start?

Hello!

As you can tell I'm new to this writing malarkey!
However at the age of 41 I feel I have a few stories to tell. Some amusing(or I wouldn't be here). Some will probably bore you.I doubt if any will shock you

So which one do I start with?

Hmmmm Well not a story as such but more about how old I'm feeling at the moment. You are(so the saying goes)only as old as the woman you feel.Which was great when I was going out with my 23 year old ex girlfriend. However I find myself single yet again.

I was feeling OK about my age until recently when I turned on the TV and caught a few minutes of "Love Island".For those of you who don't know it,the format is basically "Big Brother" al fresco. The contestants Z list celebs.

My eyes fell upon a blond hunky bloke...strange for me because at the moment I'm definitely preferring the ladies
His name was Chirs and he was 33.He looked familiar and then his name flashed up on the screen. He was on there because his father is an A list celeb.

It was then when It hit me.I had babysit for this stud and his sister.OMG he is 33.I'm still in shock.Seriously I am.It was around 1981 when I was 16 and I guess he was about 8.His parents lived opposite me at the time and I had a crush on both his Mum and Dad..nothing changes!

Has anything recently made you feel your age???

Thats its really, dont be too harsh on me.I am a blog virgin afterall

Age is relative Tich-I feel and look younger now than when I was in my 30s.I probably have less of a blinkered outlook now than I did in my teens. If anythings made me feel my age its fancing younger women..........(you know who you are ) Having a younger husband helps tho lol

holy hell Tich, i had to watch that bloody show when i was visiting my brother cos his wife loved it, never seen a sadder reality show really

Lol Fussy I only caught a few mins...even the fact that it had Chris in it didn't make me watch it.I loved him as a little boy and didn't want to see him flirting with the ladies etc lol Also Big Brother was on the other side...I'm pretty sad as that tends to take over my summer each year..even tho I try my best to fight against it..i do really, really I do

Well now I can see why you zeroed in on my "I nearly had a date with Liz Hurley" post! LOL You were the Brosnan's baby sitter? Shed! What a great celebrity story! Any others?

Lol I nearly missed your post Dreamy.Yeah I should really blog about it,as Ive had a few encounters with celebs..mostly my London years tho.Its a tad less glitzy down here in Worthing.
Yes I was Bonds babysitter mind you he was just about to become Remmington Steele back then.I lived in Merton Park and the place was full of actors and actresses. It was great they took over our street party for Charles and Di's wedding. They provided the entertainment as well as the lighting(I kid you not..massive movie set lights when it got dark).I was the DJ Opps sorry for going on abit.
