I listen to music, burn incense, go for a walk or clean house. These things help out alot with my frustration. {=}

The best stress reducer would be for me to give you a long 30 - 40 minute massage with the new KY touch massage oil and after you are well relaxed top it off with a long time consuming oral massage just for you to make you shake and shiver all over.

Hey T! Hun we have shared a lot about each other in the short time we have known each other. Life can be very cruel and hard at times and I know what you are going through.

Sometimes you just have to take a break and take time out for yourself. You are important. You have to think about yourself.

Something I have learned years ago is deep breathing relaxation. It is not that hard but you will not see instant results.
Just find a quiet spot and time when you know nobody will bother you. Take the phone off the hook. Sit in a nice comfortable chair. If there are people in the house tell them what you are going to be doing and to please not bother you for anything for a half hour. (Unless the house is burning down LO. (Laying down is not recommended as you will fall asleep). Close your eyes and take 3 to 5 deep breaths holding them in for about 5 seconds before exhaling. Then just close your eyes and breath normally concentrating on just your breathing. In through your mouth and out through your nose. Don't force the breathing just let it come naturally. Concentrate only on your breathing and when thoughts intrude in your mind just acknowledge them and let them go (They are not important at this time) and come back to concentrating on your breathing. Let your mind go. as you breath in think to yourself relaxation in and as you breath out think stress out. Again as thoughts invade your mind (Worries, things going on etc.). Just acknowledge them and let those thoughts go and return to your breathing. As you do this more and more you can concentrate on each part of your body and tell yourself that your legs for instance are warm, relaxed and heavy. Don't force it just let it happen. Some people actually feel their body parts become very heavy and even tingle. Not a bad heavy but a good relaxed heavy. When you breath, breath from your belly. A lot of people tend to breath in their chest. Breathing from the belly is called diaphragmatic breathing. As you advance you can think of a peaceful happy place in your mind. When you are ready to come out of your relaxed state do it very gently and slowly and just take a few moments to recognize your body and you quiet peaceful surroundings. This will not happen overnight but all you need is a half hour a day and you will see results. You can then carry this with you wherever you are and when you start feeling stressed out and frazzled you can go to your breathing and peaceful thoughts. After awhile it will come automatically.

I know what you are going through and you are going through a lot and I have come to care for you. A person can only handle so much in a day and that is it. When you go to sleep gently work on letting those worrisome thoughts leave your mind. You will see. It works. I was taught this and other things by a therapist in my hometown in Wisconsin.

You cannot take on the world by yourself. You have to give yourself some down time no matter what is going on. Everybody needs some down time in their day. A quiet place where they will not be bothered by people, phones and noise. That is where the relaxation techniques come in to play.

I have come to know you pretty well and you are taking on too much responsibility.

On the other end of the spectrum their is absolutely nothing wrong with self pleasure. I don't care what anybody thinks. LOL Self pleasure can be a very powerful, relaxing and rewarding experience.

Writing your thoughts and feelings down is a very powerful thing to. Don't be afraid to write down any bad or angry thoughts you may have because after you write your thoughts down just shred the paper and let it go. Blowing off some steam to someone who understands and will listen and not judge is a very powerful thing to. Letting things get to a pressure cooker state is not good because then you will explode at any given time which is why having someone to just listen and even if they do not have anything to say afterwords you know that someone has listened to you and you will feel that hugh weight fall off your shoulders. You may even feel exhausted afterwords. Find someone you can trust and hold and just let the tears flow if that is what you need to do. All these things are very powerful tools. I know because as you know I had a rotten life in my early years and I have learned a lot and it is a process. I will always be learning until my dying day. That is just the way life and we humans are.

Do things for yourself. What do YOU like to do. I hope this helps you hun. You know you can tell me anything so don't be afraid.

Your friend!
