I've always taught my students "DSTSS" -- Don't Sweat The Small Stuff. Also, remember it's ALL small stuff unless YOU let it get to you.

You look to me like a beautiful young lady who if afraid she isn't. You've got plenty of time to grow into life. Take it easy. Enjoy the highs and learn from the lows. Certainly don't be upset about being "pleasingly plump." The term is BBW -- big beautiful woman. Many of us prefer a woman who we can hang on to, one we can pound into without fear she'll break, one who has "more cushion for the pushin'.

Sounds like you need someone to hang on to. Wish I could be there for you.

Something else -- besides this blog, you need someone to talk to, a friend, a teacher, guidance counselor, whatever. There's an old saying, "A burden shared is a burdened lessened." Sometimes just saying outloud to someone what is bothering us or what we fear, we realize that it's something we CAN handle.

I'm a good listener. Back in high school I was the "guy with the terry cloth shoulder" because of all the tears shed on it. I've recently retired from teaching and have former students who look me up to talk. Some of them have kids of their own. If you can't find anyone else, I can try to be there for you. No, I'm not trying to hit on you, but I don't want anyone to have feelings they can't share.
