Outing someone...

My profile does say that my boyfriend (or is that ex-boyfriend?)is bi-curious but he has not made that a public thing by any means. I think I am careful of his anonymity as well as my own but during the past week, I received an email from a couple expressing interest in meeting. Well, my vitals show that I am a single woman but obviously that has changed into a couple (of sorts) and they didn't really notice that I guess.

So, I finally noticed their names at the bottom of their email and realized that I have met them before and that they know my boyfriend. I felt so bad about almost outing him to his friends. What would he have done if that had happened? That might have been ugly!

Hmmm... so what you are really saying is: one couple's alternative is another's taboo?

I think you should have a frank discussion with your boyfriend about his sexuality and who his friends are (or really are).

I agree, it's difficult in the middle (bi), but it could be worse for the both of you - he could be a politician!!
