So, would this be a (pornographic) job you'd ever take?

So, would this be a (pornographic) job you'd ever take?

One of my clients is going into the porn business *rolls eyes*.

I have a lot of clients who do all sorts of work, but one of my clients has decided that internet porn is a "can't lose" enterprise. So, he has it all cooked out: buy a house, move people into the house. People get room, board, all utilities, all food, etc. paid. So they go expense free in very nice (200k+) housing near a lake.

Caveat: they are videotaped all the time, have sex on camera, etc.

Perk: if they're in college, tuition covered. If not, extra expenses covered. Fair kickbacks.

I've discussed it with him a few times, and suprisingly, he's decided he is "very" serious. I am "questionable" about how solid of an idea this really is. But, I guess if you have a will and a way.. I know he's already narrowing down properties to buy. I guess it takes all kinds.

Hi there! In my opinion it is ok. As long as nobody gets hurt or nobody is in that house againts his will why not. And of course no minors!
As for me? No i would not do it. Because i like my privacy too much!

Hmmmmy feeling is that he's going to lose his shirt, and not in a sexy way. Might also be problems with Big Brother franchise copyright protection.

Don't ever give up searching for the fun in life.

It's been done, but there's always room for more Porn!
The Playboy Channel's "7 Lives Exposed" was very popular until everyone found out it was all staged and not really a "reality" show.
I'm a few inches short of "Star" material (lol), but I'd join as an extra or a stunt double!

Pleasing women in unbelievable ways for 45 years...
You could be next...

Let us know how it goes - you hear all the time how going into the porn business is sooooo good but does anyone actually do well or is it more like fulfilling a fantasy or taking on a hobby XD

Depending on the location & all, he could even find people who are willing to participate for free so they can get their name/face out there!

This is the way he looks at it: buying the property is the real investment. He will "sell" online subscriptions at a set rate. If the subscriptions = the mortgage payment, he will be building equity for free, if it does better then that, it does better then that.

So, it's not that crazy of an idea. We'll see how or IF it goes.

I'd start off a little bit smaller to build a fan base - something out of his current house first. And then move into the "buying a house" phase.
