Times Up Bitch

Friday saw the expiry of a 14 day deadline that my lawyer had given my ex and her lawyer to respond to our request for access via a supervised access venue.

No response from either her or her lawyer, so I have now issued instructions to my lawyer to commence proceedings in the Family Court for Access Rights. I have also instructed my lawyer that when we get to court, that I want any agreement to be all encompassing, with no escape holes.

By that I mean that, should my ex decide she wishes to play funny buggers and screw around with my visits with a range of excuses and delaying tactics, like the boy is asleep or the boy is sick, then she will trigger Contempt of Court actions.

Sound hard and nasty? Well too fucken bad. She and her family thrive on the attention of the drama of court, but they wont enjoy the drama as much if it means one of them going up before a judge with the prospect of prison time at the end. They had plenty of enthusiasm for taking me to court both civil and criminal or trying to get me charged at any rate, and they have denied me all rights of access to date.

Well the thing to remember here is that I'm a "Nice Guy", but even "Nice Guy's" have their limits, and now it is my my time to defend my rights and the rights of my son to see his Dad, and I intend to defend those rights to the full extent of the law.

I have always been a law abiding and good citizen. I have also served my nation as a Reserve Soldier. I have paid my taxes and done everything my society has asked of me.

Now I am asking for society to defend my rights and the rights of my son to have regular contact and to know each other.

It's going to cost me, but like Freedom, parenthood has its price.

I will pay. I have too. It's Not Negotiable.

Lil Mustang needs his Dad, and his Dad needs him.
