There's always a catch

Since my last post regarding my good news on the job front, I have had two more job offers come in (one from my old supervisor, who now works for a different company and the other from the company I used to work for).

Wonderful news isn't it. Except there's a catch. None of these jobs are in or near the town I was hoping to move to. You see, a friend of mine invited me to stay with her until I could get settled in. Although these are all decent paying jobs my funds will be limited when I arrive.

There's also the concern of finding child care that will work with my odd hours. This is my top priority. I won't just dump my children in the first child care center I find. This mama is a picky mama.

One of the companies did mention the possibility of helping me find a place to stay, but then that still leaves me with finding child care.

There's also the issue of my dogs. I have two rather large dogs and its not always easy finding places that will allow pets, much less large ones. Now those of you without pets might just think, "get rid of em". I don't know how to say this without sounding insane. My dogs are part of the family. My kids are dealing with enough due to my separation from my hubby and this big move. I don't want them to have to lose their dogs too.

So anyway, I have a lot of thinking and planning to do. I have three potential employers to consider all located several hours away from each other. I'm not complaining though. I would rather be stressed from too many options than none at all.

...sounds like a tough time to be you but like you said better to many job offers than NONE...Only INSANE people would even THINK about getting rid of their Pets, hey their family ...Ready

I could NEVER give up my dogs!!! They're my kids too! Good luck in the house and child care search.
