Starting Over

It's been difficult to find the inspiration to write. This past Feb. my husband and I re-united after a seperation. We had remained good friends while we were apart, and still cared about one another. So we decided to give our marriage another try. Unfortunately, the problems that forced us apart in the first place are still here. And so, after my daughter has finished out her school year we will be moving back closer to my hometown. I have to admit starting over is a very scarey thing. I'm also sad for our children that their parents just can't make it work. No matter what happens I know that we will continue to raise our children to the best of our abitilites and support one another as much as we can. Anyway, sorry but that's all I can manage right now. I have a lot of planning and hard work ahead of me and will check in as often as I can.

A friend of mine once told me: "Being single is restrictive and comfortable. Being single is liberating, and terrifying."

It takes a lot of bravery to give up consistent misery in order to pursue possible happiness. That you're able to do so already puts you ahead of the average. Congratulations!

You seem to be a pretty strong person as far as I can tell. I'm sure you'll do just fine on your own. Best wishes.
