Ran across this photo today on the net. Has a rather lonely feel to it..but also one of peace..serenity..calmness.
In a way..it also makes me think of what it might have been like..in some distant places or times..at the beginnings and ends of the world. Perhaps..when there weren't many people around..mucking up the place.
If it weren't for the children..I'd say..maybe..it would be best to just wipe the slate clean..and start all over again.
There are some who believe that we..current humanity..are of the "5th Root Race"..that humanity has taken different appearances in ages..eons past. (Some of this concept is valid..some nonsense..some..depending on who you read..is downright racist). So the concept of wiping the slate clean..and just starting all over again..is really not as far fetched as it may sound. Who knows..maybe "Giea"..in her disturbed serenity..will do it anyway.
Any thoughts on the matter?

I like some of the Indian stories from around here...leaving the Third World, coming into the Fourth...eventually onto the Fifth....|
a spiritual journey of growth and development.
I see lots of people caught between the worlds, and some who have already moved to the Fifth.
The Seri indians have a great story...the world was a vast ocean peopled with Giants...and their ancestors were the dolphins...but the waters receded and stranded them on land.
And virtually every Indian tribe in Mexico and the Southwest has the same creation story...after God created them as The People, he used the trash left over to create...(pick your tribe) white man, Mexicans....

We were chatting this past weekend about how the earth is not dependant on us humans. Should we choose to take ourselves down with our folly, the earth will still go on without us....thank you very much. Interesting thought....wiping the slate clean.|

The 5th Root Race?|
I'll have to look in to that further.
I think humanity has lost touch with itself and there is probably no way to bring it back.
I'm not sure there is a future for mankind or if we deserve one.
We've made our choice.
