The Wind Beneath Your Wings

Haven't done this before. Its very uncomfortable. Gnerally I tend to be the silent one; more the strong silent type and voyer. Trying something new.

I believe each person on here is ultimately looking for that person(s) who will help to satisfy a missing element of their emotional/sexual psyche. Couples or singles this is what I believe to be the truth. Out of necessity, bordom or as a pass time, this is true.

We all bore so easily; but isn't it nice, comforting, to envision that one person who understands and nurtures us? A return to the womb, in a sense.

OK, this is my first time on here and you will probably think I am too serious; just deep, and yet I have a great sense of humor.

Stupid joke: A man has two just bought two puppies. A sexy young girl with a very short skirt and no panties on approaches him on the street. She bends over to pet the two little dogs exposing her pussy. Of course the older man is very interested now in what his dogs can do. She asks; What are their names? He replies; Timex and Rolex. She says; They are silly names for dogs. He says; They are "Watch Dogs". She laughs and she goes home to have sex with him.

Now that that is done; I have a question.

Don't you desire a person, man or woman, to be your "First Mate"; that person who you are doing it for; experiencing it with; and getting consolation on the difficulties of life from? It could just be me. Let me have it if you see it differently. I'm sure you have a new perspective so just let it fly.

Ok; especially you guys, I'm thinking that you are thinking... pysciatric help... no, just give me your honest opinon.

Of course people sometimes think you are too serious
and you are deep...you are a Scorpio. The sense of humor could be an inside note of salvation in the midst of the chaos on this planet...

Welcome to Blogland...where everyone desires a first mate in
one way or another no matter how they write what and not on any given
day of the week. Several have actually found each other on
Blogville Blvd, btw...

Just a little food for thought.............
If you really want to be happy, nobody can stop you...

I like your ideas; although the rolex joke whizzed right past me....and i'm not a blond either Seriously, I think we are all looking for some connection, some soul mate that would make our life more complete. Some people just want fuck buddies or whatever, but deep inside.....we are here to make some sort of connection. Whatever it is. Course that is just my opinion!

As far as the reasons we are here, it depends on the individual or couple. I know we are here, just to have some fun. We know how to keep our Marriage separate from our Triangle relationship. We put each other first! If one of us isn't feeling it, then it doesn't happen, case closed. Now, with that, BigD is the wind beneath my wings!! I have never experienced the depth of love and acceptance from anyone in my entire life until him! I could not imagine sharing these experiences with anyone other than him. He knows me totally, and completely. I can not imagine being with any other man. He is definately my soul mate, my first mate, my only mate.

Kisses

Lady

Well, congratulations on your first post! Most of us are wondering how and why we ended up here, so just join the fraternity

I think that folks in Blogland, as distinguished from the general "dating/mating" site, are looking for a VARIETY of things. Take your time, look around, and read a lot...and WELCOME!

I wonder if you will have this same outlook after you have done this awhile. Hope you will continue. Seem most of us who get addicted to the blog certainly change our perspectives of why WE came. Blog on!

"Don't you desire a person, man or woman, to be your "First Mate"; that person who you are doing it for..."

Not at all. Actually the thought panics me. I've done plenty of living for someone else. For them. Entwining my soul and ego so tightly I thought at one point I was them instead of me. I barely escaped with my sanity.
"But I did it for you, honey", is manuipulative and filled with obligation. No thanks. What I do for another is done freely because I want to, and without creating a power struggle.

To have the pleasure of experiencing life with someone on a bit more than a casual level. Sure.
To have consolation with the difficulties of life? Not so much. Rather have someone who challenges me, makes me think and helps me approach those difficulties in new ways. Productive ways.

Satisy a missing element in their emotional and sexual phyche? Sure. For wahtever reason we are all searching for something.

Just my two pennies...

Welcome to Blogland's lovingly dysfunctional community. Nice first post. Keep writing posts, but more importantly always respond to your comments and visit those bloggers' posts via the View my blog link. Keep an eye open for any of the new posts that just catch your interest (yours caught mine because I am a paraglider pilot - so it might not be the reason you think at first) and happy blogging.

You have just opened the magic door in AdultFriendFinder and things won't quite be the same again!
