I finally went walking. I've mostly been working out at home but me and a cuz decided to walk and watch the sunset. I don't walk much, not because of my size but because I have severe damage to my knees. I had worked really hard after my accident to learn to walk again in spite of what my doctors suggested, but I am getting off topic. It was very difficult but so rewarding. We did about half a mile before my leg muscles started burning. I am looking forward to shedding the extra pounds and having more definition in my calves and thighs.(especially the thighs) Do I want to be a size zero, hell no. I like my large soft curves and ample breast but what I would like is to be a little more toned with a flatter stomach. My eating habits need a little more fine tuning (like actually eating) but I am getting better.

size 0 is unattractive, soft curves are attractive.

Just take things slowly with excersize with your goal being that you are comfortable with your looks.

Pictures are coming. I had Easter pictures taken and I am scheduled to pick them up 5-9-06. I'll load them when I get them.

Definately walking and running will help!! I got a bad knee and if I don't get my old ass on my Gazelle every night !! It really stiffens the next day!! Try adding a little weight training in also!! Be careful if you don't watch what you each you'll actually get bigger!! I know!! sigh!! luck!! Curves are a good thing!!
