It's not a midlife crisis is it?

I recently purchased a Porsche 911, and it is beautiful. I bought it not because I am longing for lost youth or need to keep up with the Joneses. I just love the car. It is a work of art, a pure pleasure to drive. Slamming through the gears and getting pressed deep into the seats is totally thrilling. Then you come to a fast sweeping corner and don't lift but accelerate... the rush is almost like sex.

So why do people have to say all the crap about buying a sports car. "He's just flaunting his money, midlife crisis etc." I just don't get it, why is it wrong to have the things that we enjoy? Why the heck do they make them if you can't have one!!!!

OK I'm venting… but you know what.. I am just going to go and gently caress the door handle until it opens, slowly slide the key into the ignition, give it a little twist. Feel the power through the seat of my pants as she warms up. Slide the car into gear and go for it. Slamming the shifter back and forth, in and out, slowing down speeding up. Until I reach the point where I can just burry the throttle deep and let it fly!

Porsche there is no substitute!

Well maybe sex. Can't wait to try them together!
