Hope everyone had a lovely weekend.

I’m in deep trouble tomorrow, as I’m officially “out of training” and must now acknowledge the fact that I have to do real work. Ech! Still, the job isn’t really all that terrible, and I am comfortable with my compensation for now. The hours are the only downside ‒ no one wants to work from late afternoon to “whenever”. “Whenever” in my case could be between midnight and 4 in the morning. Oh, and the incredible sound that comes from the workroom. Imagine 300 encoding machines all going at the same time ‒ it’s no wonder that people wear headphones.

My planned date didn’t come off this weekend ‒ but that’s all right. I do believe that it will happen quite, quite soon... I cannot wait for that.

I’m afraid that I don’t have too much on my mind this evening that’s “profound”. We did have a minor scare on Friday morning when half of the Baltimore subway was shut down ‒ seems that they had found a strange package left at one of the rail stations. It turned out to be a bag of clothes. Nice, huh? I certainly hope that it was genuinely forgotten/left behind and not placed there as some kind of a joke ‒ because jokes like that simply aren’t funny right about now. (Or at all, if you really want to know the truth.)

I climbed on an MTA bus today to go to Canton and there was a new recorded announcement urging people to look around for “strange packages” and to keep their eyes open. That is some scary, scary shit there ‒ really scary to think that something like this could happen in my hometown ‒ anywhere. Sobering.

Ah, well. I’m off for tonight, I must rest up for my “full time day-BEEEYOU” at work. <chuckle> Keep it sleazy, all, and maybe I’ll entertain you again with sarcasm, wit and secksehness.
