New Workout Plan

I have a new workout plan for the month of May. I picked up a new book, "Yoga for Regular Guys" and I will be starting with the 20 min workout plan in it. This week I'll be working on understanding the positions and working on form. Starting on the first of May I'll really concentrate on the workout. For those interested I'll be posting weekly results here.

My goals?

Short term: Better flexability and knee strength
Medium term: Lose 20lbs
Long term: Six pack abs (Yeah baby!)
