Garlic cloves, salt, chili powder, flavourings to taste

I also use fresh chilis, and sometimes roast them over a grill fired with grape-vine pieces this gives a warm slightly smoky flavour
I prefer to add extra ingredients that make a fruitier rounder taste and heat
Try different chilis to find your preferences, you can blend them to get exactly the burn and taste you like.
