Just thinking

I'm sitting here just thinking of what to do. I just finished my workout on the excerbike. I keep thinking should I continue to do this working out. Why am I doing it. Is it to look good or to keep me healthy? I'm not a health nut because I certainly do not eat healthy but I continue to work out and hopefully stay in shape. I just wish I could get back into the shape I was in when I wrestled in high school but I think that is gone forever. Any thoughts on why we always strive to be in shape and then question our motives for doing it?
