Cool and calculating...

I've been feeling pretty content the past couple of days. For those of you that have been following the true life story of me and Mr.X, you'll be happy to know that I told him yesterday that I understand his having to study and that I'll be here when he's done with his test next week and that I care about him.

You see, he was worried that I thought he was being mean by his not wanting company this past week. Not at all, as a matter of fact, I am more than willing to give him space because I don't want to be the cause of him not doing well on his exam. I have every confidence that he will do a wonderful job, but in the slight possibility that he doesn't do so well, I don't want him to blame me for being too needy.

Now, the love part...that's tricky. I am in love with him, think of him constantly. I just don't know how to tell him, or I guess I'm just waiting for the right time to tell him. I can't just pick up the phone and blurt out "Hey! I'm in love with you, is that OK?" That wouldn't be me. I'm a very cool and calculating person. I believe that there's a right way and a wrong way of doing things. I'm going to do it the right way.

So this is my question for you...How do you tell someone that you're in love with them?

Plan a special evening or afternoon with them so they should be a little bit aware something is up. Then you just look them in the eyes and tell them. Hoping of course that they say they love you too and really mean it.

Good luck

I think you'll know when the "right" time is. If you feel it in your heart, and sense it in theirs, then it's all a matter of timing, and luck to a degree too. As luke said, planning a special occasion is a great way to do it. Or, just catch a moment when cuddling, etc. I think you'll know when.
Good luck

Well I can tell you this... spray painting it on their windshield isn't a good idea.
