Wow, doesn't time fly. Been to Spain, sunbathed, got brown, didn't wear a bikini as my daughter was with me (actually she is at university out there), relaxed and now back to a sunny UK.
So, sat down to watch a real F1 (FARCE) on Sunday evening. Why couldn't the stadium organisers have put in a small chicane to slow down the cars and thus the world could have had a race?
No they were stubborn and as a result probably hearalded the death-knell of F1 in the USA - and the world watched a totally farsical race (well those who didn't switch off completely).
Heaven knows what it will mean for future TV rights, F1 in general and its audiences. Mind you were the French and their tyre choices equally to blame one asks...
Whatever happened to common sense.
