Ann Coulter does not know where her home is...

Ironic that a woman who claims to tell the truth and hate clinton for his lies and perjury, should have committed several crimes involved with her principal residence and voting... If she gets disbarred or prosecuted, I will say could not have happened to a more deserving woman...

Poor Ann does not seem to know where she lives. She also voted twice in the 2004 election! She is being investigated for perjury, and could be disbarred. Ironic for the woman who was so keen on prosecuting Clinton for perjury. Nice twist of irony for the acid tongued bitch!

"Ann Coulter. In 2004 she purchased a new home in Palm Beach, Florida. When she completed her voter registration card, she gave the address of her real estate agent as her permanent address. The registration card included a certification that providing a false address is a felony with a penalty of up to a $5,000 fine and 5 years in prison. On voting day last November, Coulter went to vote at the correct precinct for the location where she actually lives. The poll worker noted that her address did not match the precinct and told her she could fill out a change of address card. Instead, Coulter asked for instructions to the precinct related to her real estate agent's address, and then she proceeded to knowingly vote in the wrong precinct.

Now that her case has been referred for possible criminal prosecution, Coulter continues to dig herself into a bigger hole. When questioned about this on Hannity and Colmes recently, Coulter said the reporters at the Palm Beach Post who broke the story are "retarded". Of the Palm Beach officials pursuing the case she said "I think the syphilis has gone to their brains". Then she said she actually lives in New York, which she also said publicly during a speaking tour. That's not a very smart thing to be saying, considering that she claimed her Palm Beach home as her permanent residence in order to claim a $25,000 homestead tax exemption. This would also add to her legal problem of having registered to vote in a state where she does not live. Now the New York Daily News is reporting that Coulter is also registered to vote in New Canaan, Connecticut, where the local registrar says that it is illegal to be registered in two places at once. Even worse, she voted absentee in Connecticut in the 2004 election in addition to her in-person vote in Palm Beach, Florida. Actually voting twice in the same election (in two states where she says she doesn't even live!) certainly violates even more laws.

A person's legal, permanent residence has many rights and responsibilities attached to it. You can't just pick where you live depending on what address provides the greatest benefit on a particular day. How many other wealthy people are claiming tax benefits, in-state tuition, and voting privileges just because they are fortunate enough to be able to afford multiple homes?" from an internet blog, the Post...
