sore


this the second week of tae kwon do..twice a week and kickboxing class twice a week too.... i feel like 2-days from football when i was in high school...i just want to get in shape and lose around 15-20 pounds want to get under 200...i was so sore last week, had a hard time playing basketball, could not lift my arms over my head...sore........i still eat what i want, i cannot change that... see if this work-out will work.....now just need to find a sweet lady to rub my sore muscles... need to have some fun after class....
