laundry day

I have no idea how long I've been putting off the trip to the laundromat. I keep finding clean clothes though. Today I seriously planned on doing laundry...really. But than my friend w/ benefits called me to see what I was up to, and what do you think I decided to do?

Now I'm going to have to separate the laundry into priority and put-off-until-later loads because I don't think I'll be able to afford to do it all at once. Plus, who wants to be the person who hogs half the damn machines at the laundromat? That just increases the chances of getting one of the broken machines. I suppose I should go see what clothes I have to choose from for work tomorrow. I did notice this morning that I have at least a week's worth of clean skivvies left, and that's what's really important. As far as whether or not my clothes tomorrow will match goes..who gives a shit? I work in a factory environment.

Oh man your blogging about laundry again that means it must be time for me to do some. Luckily I just need to get it together sometime on saturday I think I got something to wear for tomorrow. After that I'm SOL oh well time to make that dreaded trip around the corner.

Well, at least I'm good for something then if I reminded you to do a clean skivvies count. Now I'm going to have blog about it everytime I need to do laundry for sure.
I might go early tomorrow evening since there's a good chance of the mega-huge washers being open.

Lucky for me I live in an apt. complex and each building has a laundry room and I just happen to live in the apt. next to mine. However, I cant always do my laundy when I want to because of the "washer and dryer hogs" as I call them. I really miss having my own washer and dryer. There are only two washers and two dryers per building and each building has 11 apts. Yuck! Hugs, Jazz

lately I've just been buying more underwear rather than dealing with the laundry mat.... that's the advantage of wearing a lot of black since i need black pants for work lol and working most weekends they don't care if you're in uniform......... but i did do laundry today and put it out on the line instead of going to the laundry mat hence my work shirts are still a little damp but i won't be able to tell once i take a shower and wash my hair cause my hair will just make my shirt wet again anyway....

sounds a lot more convenient. There are washer and dryer hogs at the laundromat too. At least you can just go back over to your apartment and do stuff while your clothes are drying. I hate waiting on it at the laundromat.

I think that is how I ended up with 2 months worth of skivvies...lol. You know as soon as I move I'm getting a cheap washer and dryer. I can't stand swimming through piles of laundry, but it seems like a waste to go to the laundromat unless I have a few garbage bags full.

I do laundry religiously every week. Actually, it's the only chore that I like to do. It sucks running out of clothes. When I run out, I usually wind up having to wear the kind of outfit that earns me questions like, "Do you have an interview today?"
