I remember my father, and his booming laugh that filled a theater.
I remember my my grandparents, on both sides, who lived good and full lives.
I remember my cousin, who tragically passed too soon.
I remember my uncle, who disappeared with my father.
I remember my aunt, who died from drinking too much, but graduated Summa Cum Laude from Stanford.
I remember my great Aunt Forsie, who told me what she remembered of the great Chicago fire.
I remember my friend Chuck, who did not live to be 21, but had the experiences most people need 40 years to accumulate.
This is a good day to remember those you've lost. Those that made a difference in your life.
