10 questions that will not change the world

I'm doing a sort of a survey....

1.Why did you start reading blogs on AdultFriendFinder?

2.Why did you start your blog (put link to your blog here)?

3.What has been the best experience you’ve had in Blogville?

4.What is the worst experience you’ve had in Blogville?

5.If AdultFriendFinder could add something new to Blogville what would you want?

6.Who are your favorite bloggers? Why?

7.What would you like to see more of in my blog?

8.What would you like to see less of in my blog?

9.Does it surprise you a lot of the blogs don’t always deal with sex related subjects?

10.Do you feel like you get to know someone a lot better by reading their blog and responses?

My answers:
1.Why did you start reading blogs on AdultFriendFinder? I'd never read blogs before. Was really interesting to see the forthright kind of stuff on the blogs.

2.Why did you start your blog (put link to your blog here)? In April. I figured, what the hell...could meet some interesting people.

3.What has been the best experience you’ve had in Blogville? Meeting a whole bunch of really interesting people...many more than I ever guessed.

4.What is the worst experience you’ve had in Blogville? AdultFriendFinder deleting my blog repeatedly.

5.If AdultFriendFinder could add something new to Blogville what would you want? Would like to be able to insert pixs in the text, and use animated graphics.

6.Who are your favorite bloggers? Why? I have about 30 on my watched list that I try and visit every day. You know who you are. I love your minds.

7.What would you like to see more of in my blog? conflict of interest

8.What would you like to see less of in my blog? conflict of interest

9.Does it surprise you a lot of the blogs don’t always deal with sex related subjects? It did at first. But now, I love seeing the whole person's emotions and views.

10.Do you feel like you get to know someone a lot better by reading their blog and responses? Absolutely.

1. Because they were there, and I was ever so tired of articles, over and over, about shave or not shave or is it too big or why do they do this and not this....

2. Because I find myself endlessly fascinating and figured I'd spread not stop the insanity! BaronessK

3. Interacting with everyone that I've come across.

4. Interacting with everyone that I've come across.

5. Change the dumb 'stats' way of 'popular' bloggers or take it away period...because some doofuses don't seem to realize it is a 'game', and popularity contests should be left in junior high school!

6. I have about 80 watched blogs...how long you want this post, there also being over 250,000 blogs?

7. Nudity? Whatever you wish to write about, that's what I read for.

8. I don't know, really; I like it the way it is, basically. It's 'you'.

9. No; although it did a bit when an article or whatever did not deal with sex, because it seems we have a few {thousand? } Darwinian candidates on this site!

10. Definitely...except in some cases, like my own, where you have to shift the chafe and all!

puntachueca replies on 8/8/2006 4:33 am:
Curious...whose nudity?
I tried shooting some pix of myself...using a mirror and all that...and it really sucked. Need a lady and a camera....and will of course reciprocate....

1.Why did you start reading blogs on AdultFriendFinder?

boredom and I just spotted them one day and trolled through them.

2.Why did you start your blog (put link to your blog here)?

I was suffering a lot of shit on this site and wanted to let people know what was going on. tracy_de_lacy

3.What has been the best experience you’ve had in Blogville?

Somebody actually reading and responding to the crap I write

4.What is the worst experience you’ve had in Blogville?

Being misinterpreted and then abused, which I am actually ignoring.

5.If AdultFriendFinder could add something new to Blogville what would you want?

Dunno, I'm actually quite happy plodding on doing my own thing.

6.Who are your favorite bloggers? Why?

I have about 20 people on my watched list. They are all different people from all walks of life. I like that. Too many favourites to mention

7.What would you like to see more of in my blog?

I like your blog as it is. I like stories about peoples lives, not made up sexy stuff just real stuff that happened to you in your life.

8.What would you like to see less of in my blog?

I like your blog

9.Does it surprise you a lot of the blogs don’t always deal with sex related subjects?

No and I don't read ones that are sex related, even if it's by a favourite blogger. It does nothing for me.

10.Do you feel like you get to know someone a lot better by reading their blog and responses?

I think blogs are a brilliant way to get to know someone cos there is more info than on a profile. A persons blog says a lot about them.

Bye everyone, it was a blast

puntachueca replies on 8/8/2006 4:37 am:
I rarely read the sex stories. Would rather experience that first hand real time and doubt I'd write much about that.

Thanks. I'm going to follow up on the circumcision sans anesthesia post. Was reading where the circumcision thing is a genital mutilation intended to depress one's sexual interest which is why it is done without anesthesia and that those of us that went through this never forget at a subconscious level....

This is why the blogs are so cool...getting info

1.Why did you start reading blogs on Xmatch?
Boredom.

2.Why did you start your blog (put link to your blog here)?
I wanted to capture my thoughts and ike the idea of getting opinions on things versus having a private blog.

3.What has been the best experience you’ve had in Blogville?
Meeting so many great people from all over the world and being able to appreciate the differences among each of us

4.What is the worst experience you’ve had in Blogville?
Not too many.. Reading the NSAAddict's blog for the first time was a shock. I am glad she later put her disclaimer on about her post [post 446787]. It was my first time reading it and everyone had said how great she is. I go to check her out and its all this drama. I was confused about everything until she explained it.

5.If Xmatch could add something new to Blogville what would you want?

More pictures within the blogs or along the side. That small one to the left is just not enough sometimes.

6.Who are your favorite bloggers? Why?

magahee77 ‒ because he is always up to no good
OhBaby199 ‒ because she is a witty intelligent hot gal with a great boobie pic
‒ because he is a hot brit with a brain
FrankPicasso ‒ because he is also always up to no good

7.What would you like to see more of in my blog?
I am happy with what I see, else I wouldn’t visit.

8.What would you like to see less of in my blog?

Wouldn’t change a thing.

9.Does it surprise you a lot of the blogs don’t always deal with sex related subjects?
Nope. Its refreshing.

10.Do you feel like you get to know someone a lot better by reading their blog and responses?
Yes and no. You get to know them by they way they type and think, but it is also what they allow you to know as well..

I am going to add this to my blog.

ah, the topic of blogville - one of my favorite places and things! my answers to your survey questions (btw, will this be published in some scholarly journal, i hope? )

i found blogville quite by accident, and was fascinated by the posts from day one

i started my blog just as a new adventure to try (don't know how to do the link thing)

the best experience: the people i've met, the friends i've made

the worst: getting caught up in some sort of blogger-to-blogger warfare, and not having a clue what was going on (still don't know the backstory on that one)

something new? have to think about that one

fav bloggers? too many to list, but you're one of them, and the group is split pretty evenly between men and women

you present lots of different voices and views in your blog, just keep on doing what you're doing

see above

it surprises me that ANY of the blogs deal with sex - there's so much more to life, to observe and comment on
oh, wait, this IS a sex site

yes, i feel like i've gotten to know some people in a very personal way, between our blogs, our responses, our emails - and i'm lucky that so many wonderful people have found their way into my life

1.Why did you start reading blogs on AdultFriendFinder?
I got bored with the same questions over and over in the magazine section--accidently found them while exploring the site.

2.Why did you start your blog (put link to your blog here)?
VTLakesideVixen I was urged to by a few other bloggers and I was curious as to whether or not I could actually write on semi-regular basis!

3.What has been the best experience you’ve had in Blogville?
The best experience I've had here is the satisfaction of reading those comments left by people who visit my blog!

4.What is the worst experience you’ve had in Blogville?
None yet, but if I keep blogging I'm sure something will hit me!

5.If AdultFriendFinder could add something new to Blogville what would you want?
I would like to see outside links work!

6.Who are your favorite bloggers? Why?
I really have too many to list--I have a whole separate page on just blogs that I usually visit!

7.What would you like to see more of in my blog?
More of what you are thinking about, feeling and whatever you would care to share with us.

8.What would you like to see less of in my blog?
Nothing--I like it all!

9.Does it surprise you a lot of the blogs don’t always deal with sex related subjects?
It did the first few times that I encountered a blog that wasn't full of sex, but then I learned what blogging was really all about.

10.Do you feel like you get to know someone a lot better by reading their blog and responses?
For the most part I would have to say yes. Even when people try to not revel things about themselves a lot will still come through just by how they write, what they choose to write about and their feelings about their chosen subject.

puntachueca replies on 8/11/2006 5:53 am:
Thanks for visiting.
One of the neat things about the blogs is meeting people from all over the place.

Puntachueca would you mind if I used these questions on my blog sometime? Your questions are thought provoking and insightful--not like the games that are often played on blogs and I actually enjoyed answering them.

Hugs to you Puntachueca!

3.What has been the best experience you’ve had in Blogville? Definitely the interaction between people.

4.What is the worst experience you’ve had in Blogville? The arguing at times.

5.If AdultFriendFinder could add something new to Blogville what would you want? I'm not sure.

10.Do you feel like you get to know someone a lot better by reading their blog and responses? Most definitely, although, chatting with a couple of people on IM, I've learned that they are totally different then what they represent in the blogs.
