This is be a daily log to trim down and get into better shape as well as help Me adjust to the area. I have been working out before, but have not kept track of this. Perhaps this will also for Me to do this on a more daily basis.

June 04

Lifted: Chest, back, Back of Legs , Front of legs
Biked for 45 mins
Tread Mill for 20 mins

June 06

Biked for 45 mins
Did 80 Situps

Evening Workout
Biked for an hour
3 sets of chest
3 sets of shoulders
3 sets of thighs
2 sets of forearms

Still have to do at 2 sets of 80 sit ups

Never got to My situps....I wonder why...WEG

June 7

Biked for 45 mins
Did 60 situps
3 sets of chest
3 sets of shoulders

June 12
Biked for 30 mins
did 3 set of chest
did 3 sets of shoulders
did 3 sets of stomach

noticing that the body is not as sore...maybe able to increase the level as well as work out more. Lets see!
