Oh my gosh! Its been a long day! Never figured I would be so tired. lol. I got my hair cut yesterday. Only about 2 inches though. It is about 2-3 inches from my waist now! lol. *whew* Going to have to let it grow out its getting short!

Isn't it terrible about all those stranded people in Louisiana? My prayers and thoughts go out to them. We need to get some helicopters going and send them some care packages with water, food, tents, canopies, and other necessities like how FEMA does for other countries when they have a disaster strike. Its sad that we go overseas and help everyone else when a catastrophe hits, but yet we have thousands stranded in our own country that are doing with out water, food, and shelter. Question is, now how does THAT work?????

Well... That's not entirely accurate... I mean, there's State and Federal troops on the ground since day one. The big concern is getting folks out of the area first. Once that's done, they'll start restoring services and some semblance of order and law in the area.

I know it looks like no ones doing anything, that's just the vacume effect of limited services... They're getting help, and lots of it! FEMA, National Guard, Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors and Marines... Relief organizations and private citizens. Food, water, shelter... It's making it to those who need it.

Take heart Pretty! and have patience. They'll need help for months to come yet but trust me, they are getting it already.

Maybe so, but they need to do a little drop of necessities to those that are still waiting. I don't believe its to organized, like it should be.

Granted, don't want those that are helping getting shot at b/c of those that have formed gangs down there, terrifying the survivors and looting.
